Week 3 - Branded Local Market Snapshot Graphic w/ info from your MLS 

Week 4 - RE/MAX National Housing Report Video & Graphics 

 * Monthly Newsletter (includes links to local events & things to do for the month in YOUR area, home maintenance tips, monthly blogs, featured listings, etc) 

 * 12 Branded Holiday Emails sent to your Contacts (US Major Holidays) 

 * Website Enhancements - We will add content monthly to your website each month. (Service area content, landing pages, blog category pages, videos, etc). We also will create a Blog Category page on your website to add Blogs & Links by Category making it easy to repurpose content on your social as well as consumers to easily find past blogs (See example here)! When new features are released we always work on our website management clients first before opening up services to everyone! 

 * Smart Campaigns - We will ensure your campaigns and automations are fully set up inside your MAXTECH Powered by BoldTrail account! We can adjust and personalize campaigns as well. Have Intro, buyer, seller, area videos? Awesome! We can help you build custom smart campaigns! 

 * Need more support / help - Want to get the most out of your BoldTrail account? No problem, our head is a scary place to be when it comes to taking your platform to the next level! MAXmarketing includes a once a month zoom call to help with brainstorming ideas (landing pages, lead gen, CRM management, etc)! Don't want to zoom?  How does it work?  

Once you sign up you will be sent to a quick questionairre to help us with your branding, website, login credentials, etc.  

Once we receive this information, we will get started on your design set up templates for review! When those are approved, we will get started with the upcoming Monthly Newsletter & Holidays! 

Each month, you will need to send us your local market snapshot (usually provided by your board) or if this is a public link we can check monthly for this data.
